1, warehouse selection should be professional, reservoir area planning should be specific

The planning of the reservoir area needs to reasonably plan the product stamping position and handling channel, and determine and arrange its position according to the division of brand products. The basic principle is that products with fast flow rate are closer to the delivery port, and products with large volume are closer to the main channel, etc. Under normal circumstances, a large enough space must be reserved at the entrance of the warehouse. First, it is convenient for personnel to enter the warehouse and load and unload the goods. 2. The warehouse function is recommended to be simplified
The professional function of the warehouse should be played to the greatest extent in order to better save the cost of the dealer. It is not advisable to treat the warehouse as a garage or staff dormitory. It is suggested that the distributor should make the functions of the warehouse single. Minimize other things taking up space in the warehouse. If conditions permit, the dealer can set up a separate warehouse office and garage next to the warehouse.

5, warehouse accounts to be clear, goods in and out to register
Establish the dealer's purchase, sale and deposit ledger to check the regular accounts and materials, and unify the accounts, tables and goods cards to ensure the accuracy of product quantity and the rapid implementation of inventory. 6, security issues to ensure
