Will the situation of multiple specifications of pallets affect the planning of warehouse shelves?

Sales staff in the shelf industry will definitely encounter such a problem. The customer's warehouse currently has pallets of various specifications, which have the demand for space utilization and storage capacity. Due to the insufficient storage capacity at present, it needs to be re-planned again.warehouse shelfAt the same time, all his pallets are required to be used on the shelves. Will this situation affect the planning of warehouse shelves?
We all know that when the storage shelves are designed, the size of a group of storage shelves is the same, that is to say, a group of shelves can only be used to store a size of tray. But now many enterprises have a wide variety of goods and different sizes, which brings a problem to the warehouse. How to store pallets of different sizes. If you use a variety of sizes of storage shelves that naturally can solve this problem, but this is undoubtedly for the enterprise to increase the cost of the warehouse. So is there any better way to solve the problem of different tray sizes.
Relatively speaking, when designing and planning the warehouse, the shelf manufacturer will design the shelf size according to the size of the existing pallets in the warehouse. When there is a phenomenon of multiple specifications of pallets, the shelf will be designed according to the existing maximum size of the warehouse, and then accessories such as net laminate and pallet support will be added to the shelf to place pallets with smaller specifications. In fact, the function is: on the one hand, the shelf size of the warehouse can be unified, increase the reasonable planning of the warehouse; On the other hand, adding accessories can strengthen the safety of operation. Furthermore, if the warehouse shelf users are not very concerned about these two sides, they can also require shelf manufacturers to design the shelf sizes according to different sizes of pallets. However, this state usually occurs in a small number of cases. Of course, shelf manufacturers are not very willing to adopt this scheme.
In this regard, Jiuwei also wants to answer a question for everyone: 100 is the gap between the pallet and the pallet, the gap between the pallet and the column, and the gap between the height of the goods on the pallet and the beam, and 100 is the gap? Why should we leave a 100? Can we leave a larger one? Or we want to save space and leave a smaller one?
In fact, different shelf manufacturers have different standards for extra clearance. In the long-term production planning process, storage shelf manufacturers find that the reserved 100 is a relatively safe clearance. Because the clearance is 100, the forklift level requirement for forklift operators is not very strict, but a certain safety clearance is given, and the shelf may exceed the pallet on the pallet, so the above two points are considered, the standard for storage shelf planning is normally 100, but 100 is not the only standard for clearance. If you feel that your forklift master's level is relatively safe, you can put forward this requirement when the shelf manufacturer designs, which can appropriately reduce the clearance. However, as a manufacturer, Jiuwei does not recommend that the clearance be less than 50, and the height standard between the goods and the beam is also based on this.
