The beam is welded by two special type welding beams, which doubles the thickness of the upper and lower parts of the beam. According to the design theory of steel structure, this structure makes full use of the load-resistant capacity of the material, and has the characteristics of light weight, strong bearing capacity and low cost. Both ends of the beam are respectively welded with a column clip buckle to connect the column clip. After connection, the equipped special safety pin is inserted into the safety hole to ensure that the beam will not fall off after external force impact.
The column piece is formed by connecting two columns, cross braces and diagonal braces with nylon self-locking bolts. The combined structure effectively prevents shelf instability caused by loosening of the bolts. The column is punched with double rows of diamond-shaped holes with a hole pitch of 75mm or 50mm, so the beam can be freely adjusted up and down in units of 75mm or 50mm. The column section is composed of 11~13 surfaces, with large inertia distance, strong bearing capacity and strong impact resistance. The beam type shelf column adopts automatic punching before cold bending forming technology, which avoids the situation that the column may be cracked due to the stress concentration of the column. In order to prevent the collision of forklifts, etc., it is generally equipped with column protection.
The beam type shelf uses a heavy-duty plug-in combined structure, and the column piece is an assembled structure, which is connected and assembled by a number of cross braces, diagonal braces and columns. The rack column and the ground are connected by internal expansion bolts, and functional accessories such as partition, steel layer plate (steel grid plate), wire mesh layer, storage cage guide rail and so on can be installed according to the characteristics of storage unit assembly equipment to meet the storage of goods in the form of different unit assembly equipment.
