Steel platform is also called steel structure platform, working platform and shelf steel platform. It looks simple in structure, but today, when land price and rent are becoming more and more expensive, it solves the problem of storing as many goods as possible in limited space for many enterprises and improves the space utilization rate. Like other storage shelves, the steel platform of Jiuwei shelf is also a fully assembled structure, consisting of upright posts, main beams, secondary beams, floor panels, stairs and guardrails. The steel platform is assembled as a whole, usually 2-3 layers are designed, without on-site welding, and the carrying capacity is 300Kg-1500Kg/m2.
Generally, the choice of steel platform column is square tube or round tube with strong bearing capacity and less steel consumption. The main and secondary beams can choose the most economical and reasonable H-beam in steel structure engineering according to the bearing requirements. The floor slab adopts special rolled floor slab with buckle plate structure, which is rigidily fixed with the main and secondary beams. The whole platform structure has strong integrity. Different floor slabs can be selected according to actual needs to meet the requirements of fire fighting, dust prevention and small falling prevention. The space below the steel platform can be used as production space or storage space, and the top can be used for storage or office to meet the production and storage office needs of different enterprises. At the same time, the Jiuwei shelf steel platform itself has high strength, light weight and large rigidity, which is especially suitable for the construction of ultra-high, overweight and large-span storage platforms. The fully assembled structure of the steel platform can be flexibly disassembled and assembled, and there is no pressure on the relocation of the factory. The construction of the steel platform is also very simple and convenient, without embedding and without damaging the plant floor. Its construction period is short, and it can be completed about a month after the plan is determined.
The scope of use of steel structure platform will be larger than other shelf types, it is precisely because of this, so we must pay attention to safety in the process of use, the eight elements of the steel structure platform need us to comply:
1) The steel structure platform shall be provided with a load limit plate during use, especially the steel platform shelf with hydraulic lifting platform, and the load limit shall be marked in a prominent position;
2) The shelving point and the upper pulling node of the steel structure platform are located on the building, so they cannot be set on the scaffolding and other construction facilities, and the support system must not be connected with the scaffolding;
3) The concrete beam and slab of the steel shelving point of the steel platform shall be embedded and connected with the bolt of the platform;
4) The horizontal angle between the steel wire rope equipped with the steel structure platform and the platform should be 45 degrees to 60 degrees;
5) The tensile strength of the beams and columns of the upper tensile node of the steel structure platform shall be checked to ensure the safety of the building and the platform;
6) When installing the steel structure platform, the steel wire rope shall be held firmly by special hooks. When other methods are adopted, the number of buckles shall not be less than 3. The steel wire rope around the acute corner of the building shall be lined with soft cushions, and the outer mouth of the steel platform shall be slightly higher than the inner side;
7) The steel structure platform shall use snap ring, and the lifting hook shall not be directly hooked to the platform lifting ring;
8) Protective fence shall be installed around the steel structure platform, and fence shall be installed when necessary to prevent people or goods from falling.
