3. The strength of foundation concrete installed with expansion anchor bolts shall not be less than 10Mpa.

5. assembly shelf

After the first several rows of numbers are erected, the orientation and size shall be reviewed according to the figure, and preliminary adjustments such as elevation, vertical and horizontal shall be made. If there are other accessories, they shall be installed one by one to make the data reach the standard, and then installed row by row.
3. When using the backing plate for leveling, the following provisions shall be met:
1) The number of backing plates for each backing plate group should be reduced, not more than 5. Place the thick one below and the thin one in the middle.
2) Each pad set shall be placed neatly and steadily with good contact.
3) After leveling, each group of backing plates shall be pressed tightly.
4. When installing the beam, both ends must be buckled into place and the safety pin must be inserted at the same time.

7. shelf adjustment
1. The overall shelf should be adjusted horizontally and vertically until it meets the standard.
2. If there are requirements for the contract, the beam bearing test shall be carried out to test the deflection under the beam.
3. The stacker shall be subject to alignment test.
4, the component surface of a small area of leakage, peeling, wear should be coated.
5, all fasteners should be tightened, bolts should be exposed to the nut 2-4 pitch; countersunk head screw fastening, countersunk head should be embedded in the component, not exposed.
8. acceptance
1. After the completion of the installation project, the acceptance shall be carried out according to the standards formulated by the company's technical department or the standards specified in the contract.
2. The following information shall be available for acceptance:
1) The general plan or the general plan modified according to the actual completion;
2) Relevant data of design modification;
3) Self-inspection test records;
(4) Other relevant information.
