Inspection purpose, scope and content
A warehouse in Beijing Airport Logistics Park of Beijing Bausch & Lomb Eye Care Co., Ltd. is currently used as a logistics storage warehouse. In order to understand the safety of shelves in this area, the owner specially commissioned Jiuwei Shelf Company to carry out safety inspection on the warehouse shelves.
The specific detection contents are as follows:
(1) Shelf passage width detection (20%);
(2) Shelf column tilt offset detection (20%);
(3) Deflection inspection of rack beam (20%);
(4) shelf collision point detection classification and safety pin inspection (20%);
(5) Horizontal offset detection of the bottom beam of the shelf (20%);
(6) Torque detection of anchor screws on shelves (20%);
(7) Shelf ground settlement and horizontal plane detection (20%);
(8) Combined with the on-site test results, issue a test report and put forward treatment suggestions. Conclusions and recommendations
7.1 Conclusion
Through the on-site inspection data of the inspected warehouse, the following conclusions are drawn:
(1) The forklift used in the inspected shelf area requires a channel width of 2800mm, and the measured shelf channel width values meet the design value requirements;
(2) The verticality of the inspected shelf does not fully meet the requirements of "displacement A (or B)≤ H/1000;
(3) The deflection of the beam to be inspected shall meet the requirements of "Deformation D≤L/200;
(4) No impact deformation of the shelf was found during the test, and the local anti-collision bar had collision marks. This phenomenon does not affect the current safety and normal use of the shelf; the inspection results of the shelf safety bolt meet the requirements.
(5) The horizontal offset of the bottom beam of the inspected shelf meets the requirements;
(6) The torsion of the anchor screws of the inspected shelf shall meet the requirements.
(7) The ground settlement of the inspected shelf does not meet the requirements of deformation "E<3.25mm.
7.2 recommendations
(1) Strictly control the service load limit of the tested warehouse bracket;
(2) The verticality of the local column of the warehouse shelf does not meet the requirements for timely adjustment;
(3) Recovery or replacement of the impact point of the warehouse shelf anti-collision bar;
(3) the shelf ground settlement does not meet the requirements of repair;
(4) In the process of subsequent use, the inspected warehouse shall be inspected, maintained and repaired regularly, and problems found shall be dealt with in time.
